College students are the future and hope of the motherland, with the important mission of developing countries, and their relationship to physical health and social development and the rise and fall of nation states. In recent years, college students continue to show a downward trend constitution, has aroused widespread concern school, society and family. Students develop good exercise behavior and correct understanding of physical exercise is to improve students’ physical fitness foundation. With the implementation of the "National Student Physical Health Standard", more and more attention to the university student physical health. Yoga exercise its unique way, loved and welcomed by the students to explore the impact of yoga on the Students’ Health Condition yoga classes can be opened for the college to provide a theoretical reference and conduct yoga movement.In this study, literature, experiments and mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods, Shandong Province Economic and Trade School of Accounting and Statistics Professional 30 Weifang engineering Career Academy students and 30 pre-professional students a total height of 60 students, weight, lung capacity, heart rate, reach, grip, 800 meters 50 meters and other indicators were tested, and the results were analyzed. The results showed that:1. Yoga practice and traditional physical education, compared with the students’ physical quality, heart and lung function and body shape index have better adjustment, control, improve the role of.2. The percentage of body fat after yoga exercise was significantly decreased, and the abdominal and thigh skin fold thickness of college students decreased significantly. Yoga can improve the body fat content of body parts.3. After yoga, the students’ quiet heart rate and three minute step index were significantly changed, especially for college students’ vital capacity.4. Yoga practice before the students hand grip strength and one minute sit up the index and yoga practice compared have improved significantly, yoga on college students muscular strength and muscular endurance improve significantly. Sit and reach college students has been significantly improved, with the role of increasing the flexibility of yoga on College students.
