As people deeper understanding of health, more and more people to promote good health through physical exercise. Yoga originated in ancient India as a kind of popular in the world's emerging health approach, gradually recognized by people. It is through the slow limit position, financial stretching, breathing and relaxation exercises as a whole, using the means of self-suggestion, focus attention, through the psychological, physiological, morphological self-adjustment mechanism for adjusting physical and mental balance, to improve health. Modern Female Students face of increasingly fierce social competition, charged with academic stress, work pressure, the pressure of interpersonal relationships, coupled with irregular life, poor diet, physical and psychological impact. We have been looking for a way to improve female students for physical and mental health approach, Yoga just to meet our requirements, so we had a yoga practice for female college students of.Physical education needs of ethnic minority areas for the nation to carry out physical and psychological characteristics of students, such as yoga to students in the nation to produce better physical and mental health effects, not only to enrich the content of physical education, but also to promote the comprehensive development of ethnic areas. Tibetan is the universal Buddhist nation, and the spread of yoga in our early Buddhism as the carrier is carried out in the 7th century in China along with Buddhism in Tibet, Tibetan Buddhism is the Buddhist theory of yoga full development of the unique Tibetan Tantric Buddhism physical and psychological methods of self-cultivation. Therefore, students are able to accept the Tibetan yoga training. According to relevant data display, Tibet, han female college students in physical form, function and quality aspect exists, there is a certain difference, based on Chinese female college students for three months, 72 hours of yoga training, yoga to the physical and mental health of students can affect whether this kind of influence, and with nationality difference, for yoga entering university courses, and also provide theoretical basis for national colleges in extensive yoga courses provided scientific basis.Experimental results show that, after three months of yoga exercises, Tibet, han female university students' body shape and physical function, physical and psychological aspects are got obvious improvement and improve training and significant effect, and proved to student's physical and mental health can produce positive effects, The yoga to prove, the influence of female college students have ethnic diversity. Suggestions will yoga teaching courses in college PE majors and public sports curriculum system.
