The Research On The Competence Of Coach Manager In Commercial Fitness Club

With economic development,people's living standards continue to improve,the national fitness in the country also blew up the boom.As the main place of fitness and entertainment for urban residents,fitness clubs are springing up rapidly.In many commercial fitness clubs in addition to facilities,geographical location of these facilities.commercial fitness clubs of the performance plays a decisive role in the team is the coach,coach of the team can produce high performance is largely influenced by the coach manager the team leader.Coach department manager is the leader of the coaching team,but also with senior leadership.This makes the position of coach manager play a very important role in the commercial fitness club.The research on the competency theory of commercial fitness club coach with the manager,through access to relevant documents,requirements analysis,expert appraisal method to the preparation of Commercial Fitness Club Manager Manager Competency questionnaire.By means of questionnaire survey and data collection,this paper analyzes and extracts the competency factors of coach department managers,and obtains the competency model of managers of commercial fitness clubs.In this paper,the concept of commercial fitness clubs and coaches is defined by using the method of literature,and the concept and meaning of competency are analyzed and summarized.Using the post demand analysis combined with the characteristics of the post competency dictionary,summarizes the achievement motivation,personality,ability.team management,knowledge and skill competency competency factors were obtained by 28 dimensions,and it is compiled into questionnaire.The commercial fitness club coach manager as the research object for the survey,the questionnaire data collected by exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis,determine the dimensions and weight of the model,finally obtains the competency model of Commercial Fitness Club Manager manager.To investigate the effects of common factors of the managers of commercial fitness club coach manager's competency,and analyzes the post effect of corporate strategy and organizational culture factors of commercial fitness club coach manager competency and staff competence and performance of the club.Through this study,to provide suggestions for Club Recruitment and training,selection and appointment,performance evaluation and assessment etc.
