A Study On The Deviation Of Values In Social Work Practice

The value of social work is not only the soul of social work practice,but also the spiritual power of social workers and the pursuit of long-term development of social work agencies.Social work services cannot be separated from the guidance of social work values.In the meantime,Social service,which contains the social work value,is also the embodiment and standard of social work professionalism.As social work continues to develop in China Mainland,it is becoming increasingly important to study the problem of deviation of values in social work services.Based on the social work service of Kunming S social work organization,this paper adopts the method of qualitative research.Through case study,to understand how to show the deviation of the value of social work service.And the cause of the analysis,through the social workers,social work institutions interns,volunteers in-depth interviews,the social work services in the value of the problem is mainly affected by the practice of customary constraints,substantive field structure alienation,The role of institutional roles lack the value of conscious,traditional culture and social work value of the conflict four factors.On this basis,we discuss the influence of social work value deviation on the case,social worker,social service organization,social work service,social work profession and industry.Finally,some practical improvements are put forward in the five aspects:training and guidance of social work values and guiding the role of values in service,so as to contribute to the effective solution of the problem of deviation of values.
