This study selected the migrant children in Xigu District of Lanzhou city primary school as the research object,from a professional perspective of social work as a starting point,to the social ecological system theory as the theoretical support of this article,the intervention methods of case work,study how to stimulate around in the process of interpersonal communication and interpersonal communication power defects is carried out mainly by the following aspects:First of all,what are the main problems in the interpersonal communication.The author of the client interpersonal dynamic evaluation in the initial case,this study found that in the case of the main interpersonal aspects of the case and the main father,teachers and classmates can not contact,not willing to communicate with people,poor communication,do not know how to communicate with people and should be paid attention to in interpersonal communication in the process of communication skills.Secondly,the analysis of the main problems in the course of interpersonal communication can not communicate,do not want to communicate,poor communication and do not understand the reasons for these problems.This case study the main factors of interpersonal power lack of this phenomenon is not only the case of the main reasons,and more life,family,school and community together constitute the main effect of interpersonal power problem case.Finally,it is the key of this study that how to stimulate the interpersonal communication power of the case.The client can not in communication,to communication,poor communication and understand communication,interpersonal problems not only need to improve the case,but mainly through the client's father,the case main teacher and classmate A case intervention,andclient through their way of communication and the change of the content,stimulate the case the main interpersonal power.The process of intervention with the main case and its social ecological relationships with people in interviews,fully embodies the ethics of social work in the case of self-determination value orientation,formulate feasible case intervention program,the intervention process is the main case of interpersonal behavior change as the ultimate goal,completed the initial target to make the case the main active I and father talk together with clients,and in the short term to make newfriends.Although there have been some problems in the process of implementation,such as the case of the main father of the social work professionals do not understand,the author of the main case(quasi social worker)the ability of students in case of doubt,the main activities in the process of cooperation is not difficult,but ultimately to overcome the ideal results.From the intervention results,by the author(quasi social worker)client,client,classmates and teacher's father changed to the main case intervention,interpersonal behavior,to inspire clients interpersonal power,intervention results to achieve the desired results.Case master made a few new classmates as playmates,but also willing to take the initiative to communicate with people,and has been with the author(quasi social workers)to maintain contact.The author(quasi social worker)the client also carried out follow-up.
