So far,China's new round of basic education curriculum reform has gone through a journey of fifteen years,during which it has make dramatic achievements.However,the problem are unprecedented,so we have to reflect on the root of the problems.It is the the government that should take the responsibility to implement the elementary education reform,but it is teachers that actually carry it out,the whether it will succeed or not essentially depends on the teachers,who are the implementer of the curriculum.Classroom teaching is the basic way of curriculum implementation.The teaching goal is the guidance of classroom teaching.It plays a guiding,motivating and evaluating in classroom teaching,communication and other functions.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the present situation of teachers' teaching objectives design,finding out the problems existing in the teachers' teaching goal design,and putting forward corresponding suggestions.This research main focus on discussing the following two problems:the present situation of mathematics teacher's teaching goal design in high school and the main influencing factors with literature,questionnaire and interview methods.Based on the investigation of present situation of the mathematics teacher's teaching goal design in senior middle school,it is found that there are some questions as following:although the teacher has understood the teaching goal in right place,but some teachers understand the existence of errors,the attitude of perfunctory;some teachers to determine the teaching objectives of a single way,the lack of steps,ignore the "curriculum standards";inaccurate and nonstandard expression on the teaching goal.The main factors that influence the design of teaching goals of high school mathematics teachers are the teacher duties,old ideas,neglect of learning and school location,the number of participants,test evaluation constraints.Considering the current situation of the mathematics teacher's teaching goal design in senior middle school and the influencing factors,for teachers,teacher training institutions and education management departments respectively.Teachers should pay attention to the theoretical study,the objective attitude,out of understanding erroneouszone;Cling to the ultimate basis,many considerations,ensure accurate target positioning;Clear the students-dominate,flexible choice,ensure accurate target expression and specification Strengthen exchanges,cooperation and communication to promote their professional development.Teacher training institutions should force and demand,setting up reasonable curriculum,rich forms of training,and appropriate increase in the number of teachers on-the-job training.Educational administration departments need to perfect the evaluation system,reform the college entrance examination system to achieve multivariate evaluation,in addition to the appropriate increase in the attention of remote areas.
