With the conversion of the role of teachers and students to change the learning methods,lesson planning is no longer a simple teaching material,simple display of teaching process,teaching methods and simple explanations,its nature,functions and methods have undergone tremendous changes.It requires teachers to start from the concept of the new curriculum,in the implementation of the students subject status,mode of cooperative learning,and learning to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of each student efforts to avoid learning activities of students,and effectively improve the classroom efficiency.The preparation is a true record of teachers' creative process,but also the teachers teaching behavior and students' learning style "perspective".Therefore,teachers The preparation is an important part of teaching activities,is also a basic and indispensable basic ability,under the background of the new curriculum,we need to pay special attention to the cultivation and development of teachers' teaching ability.I combined my own three years of experience in teaching and education related theory study,the main use of the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and text analysis method,the ability of high school mathematics teacher preparation were investigated.And on this basis,the existing problems of teaching ability of high school mathematics teachers are analyzed,put forward the Countermeasures of improving senior high school mathematics teachers ability.The questionnaire survey is 150 teachers of five high schools in Gansu Province,the interview object 4,analysis of the text is the teacher's lesson plans,a total of 15.This article through to the high school mathematics teachers ability present situation investigation found that high school math teachers in the new curriculum adaptation ability is poor,in the preparation of understanding,analysis ability of students,the ability of the curriculum standards and teaching materials,the ability of teaching design ability,the development of curriculum resources and teaching reflection ability are some of the problems.According to the specific problems of these reasons were analyzed,three factors that affect the ability of the high schoolmathematics teachers,are the school,teachers and students.In the influence of these three factors on the basis of the collective lesson planning concept,through group lectures,class teachers prepare lessons In addition,put forward to strengthen the research on teachers curriculum and textbook research methods of training and regularly organize teachers to participate in teaching design system,using this way to encourage teachers to actively grasp the learning situation of students,so as to improve the ability of teaching high school mathematics teachers.
