| The teaching process is a process of active interaction and common development between teachers and students,in which both are the co-participants of teaching activities.And the method of students learning Chinese reading by themselves is just for students more actively exploring the text after the instruction of their teachers.In this research,the researcher choose some teachers and students in senior high school Chinese reading teaching as the study objects,aiming to discover the problems existing in the their interaction,and then to analyze the causes of the problems and try to discuss the strategies of how to interact in senior high school Chinese reading teaching.The research methods adopted in the study include the literature method,the investigation method and the case study method.Through the investigation to the actual situation of the interaction between teachers and students in senior high school,it is found that the frequency of the interactions in the senior high school Chinese reading teaching are few;the leading roles in the interactive process is usually the teachers who often pay their attention to some specific students group;the interactive content lacks concern of the focuses and difficulties of the whole reading teaching,which causes the problem of lacking profundity and scope in the interaction about the reading content;and the interactive form is too much inflexible and single.On the basis of the analysis of the existing problems,the researcher has a further discussion of the reason why these problems appear.It is concluded that the main reasons are,first,the lag of teachers’ teaching philosophy;second,the lack of literacy of the interactive subject;third,the interactive understanding deviation of teachers and students;fourth,the lack of self-evaluation for the interactions in the class.On the basis of discussing the causes and problems of the interaction between teachers and students in Senior high school Chinese reading teaching and analyzing the data presented by the investigation and research,the researcher presented some coping strategies.First,to update the teaching concept of teachers to create a positive atmosphere of interaction between teachers and students.Second,to strengthen the professional quality of teachers to improve interactive content of the activities.Third,to design activities and create a situation,to provide interactive platform for students,in order to enable students to participate in teacher and student interaction.Fourth,to optimize the way of interaction between teachers and students,to mobilize students’ enthusiasm of participating in the interaction between teachers and students.Finally,to adhere to the interactive reflection and accumulate successful experience from previous interactions. |
