In order to promote the development of students and coordinate the relationships between teachers' guidance and students' main position in teaching activities.The new educational concept advocates that teaching activities should be carried out in the interaction between teachers and students.Therefore,teacher-student interaction has become a hot topic in the current teaching field,and appeared in the Chinese curriculum standards of senior high school many times.Under the advocacy of the education department,teachers are also actively practicing this educational concept.The educational idea of teacher-student interaction has been advocated for more than ten years.What is the effect of teacher-student interaction in high school Chinese classroom needs our further research and exploration.This research is based on Xinxiang No.1 High School,through the author's contact and observation on the actual classroom during the practice in Xinxiang No.1 High School,and the survey of students questionnaire,to study the current situation of teacher-student interaction in high school Chinese classroom.Through the investigation,it is found that there are the following typical problems in the interaction between teachers and students in high school Chinese classroom: First of all,interactive formalization,reflected in the interactive problem is simple and trivial,the problem is too preset,students are lack of thinking time in the interaction,interactive evaluation formalization.Then the inequality of interaction,which is mainly reflected in the inequality between teachers and students,the opportunities of interaction between each student and teachers are different,the attitude of teachers to different students is different.Finally,there is a single form of interaction,which is reflected in the lack of interaction between students,the lack of interactions between students and teaching materials,and the lack of emotional interaction.Through the research and analysis,the author thinks the professional quality of teachers,the degree of teachers ' understanding of interaction,the individual factors of students,the large number of classes and the excessive emphasis on the achievements are the main factors causing the interaction between teachers and students in the high school Chinese teaching activities.Combined with the experience summed up during the internship and the requirements of the new curriculum standard and modern educational idea,the author puts forward the following countermeasures to the problems existing in the interaction between teachers and students.In high school Chinese teaching activities: first of all,teachers should improve their professional accomplishment and understand the interaction in a comprehensive and in-depth way.Then in the organizational preparation stage,teachers should design teaching interaction based on students,consider the level of knowledge and acceptance of students.In addition,should pay attention to promote the interaction between students and the text;In the interactive implementation stage,teachers should pay attention to the initiative of students in the interaction,promote the interaction between students and also pay attention to the guiding role of teachers in the interaction.Finally,it is necessary to develop an evaluation mechanism that can promote effective interaction.The implementation of these measures is conducive to achieving effective interaction between teachers and students in the teaching activities. |
