Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation.How to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching has been the goal of education,to this end,the state has carried out a number of teaching reform in order to promote quality education.Efficient classroom,in the context of the new curriculum reform is proposed,the results of classroom reform efforts to explore.It is the core of people-oriented,characterized by the initiative,vivid,generative;all the students as the center,based on the "Institute of music,learning,innovation".High efficiency classroom building teaching relationship and relationship between teachers and students.To this end,in the first line of junior high school language teachers,should seize the key position of the classroom teaching.How to construct a highly effective classroom teaching,teachers and students should be how to do to be healthy and sustainable development,so that students learn to learn,love learning has become the focus of this paper.I read a lot of books and articles about the construction of efficient classroom teaching,based on the analysis of connotation,characteristics and theoretical basis of efficient classroom,combining with the status quo of Chinese teaching in Junior Middle School of inefficient or ineffective investigation,from the perspective of teachers and students of different reasons for problems,present main problems of classroom teaching for teachers in: old concept,can not adapt to the development needs of the times;occupation burnout,lack of enthusiasm of teaching;teaching means a single,boring classroom teaching;the teaching goal design properly,the learning effect is poor.The main problems are: lack of interest in learning;heavy burden on students,over reliance on teachers;poor awareness of self discipline,passive learning;lack of innovative thinking,the ability to think independently.The author in the study,learning from various theories,through investigation and research,finally summarizes three aspects of junior high school Chinese efficient classroom teaching strategies,namely changing ideas,positive enterprising,adapt to the development needs of the times,improve their language literacy;seriously preparinglessons before class,optimize the classroom teaching mode,good reflection summary to promote the growth of teachers;to establish the reasonable mechanism of efficient classroom evaluation.
