| Since 1988,further reform has been carried out in national higher education system.Many a colleges have merged,transformed and restructuring to finish the promotion,and its related problems have caused extensive attention from scholars and society.In the recession context of promoting boom,the newly-promoted colleges are facing urgent problems need to be addressed,including how to push scientific development,how to improve students’ autonomy in choosing career according to major issues in social development and students’ reality.The paper explores students’ intentions in choosing career,selects Lanzhou Institute of Technology as a typical case,studies current situation and characteristics of choosing career and their causes and solutions with the combination of theory and case analysis method.The thesis selects Lanzhou Institute of Technology,a newly-promoted college,as a typical case,which is helpful for common problems research of students’ career intentions in newly-promoted colleges.Based on all these,it offers career guidance,aid to establishing correct view and solutions of practical difficulties in choosing career to students and studies students’ intensions and change reasons since promoted.Meanwhile,the essence and value of the thesis lie in strengthening targeted career guidance and provide theory basis and proposals to how to improve students’ career autonomy effectively.The changes of students’ career intentions is a problem concerned by society,schools and families.The analysis of its change factors is beneficial to solve the problem with clear target in all aspects and rise positive factors in students’ choosing career.Newly-promoted colleges are new force in higher education,and their career conditions are major indicators of college and student development.How to improve students’ career intentions in newly-promoted colleges is a system engineering which involves government,colleges,families and every student.Only we pay much attention to its development and giveeffective guidance according to rules in its changing process,can we wish to promote students’ career intentions in newly-promoted college. |
