As the socialist market economy's rapid development, China's economy has shown the diversification structure of public economy as the main element and the coexistence of multiple economic elements. Associated with it, the college employment models have begun to change from the country mandatory distribution for the new model of two-way choice, freely choosing their own jobs between students and the employing units. With significantly increased enrollment in colleges these years, college students' employment situation is becoming increasingly severe. The difficult employment issue has become the focus of attention of the whole society. In addition to the objective factors, such as professional settings out of line with market demand, the job market imperfections and the traditional concept of employment causing college students' difficult employment, college students' subjectively inappropriate career attribution, ambiguous career goals and unhealthy psychology of job-hunting have also seriously affected the smooth progress of students' employment. In this paper, affecting factors of college students' career intentions have been analyzed which is based on the theory of human capital, social capital, attribution and career, and a new way of thinking for solving the college students' difficult employment problem has been provided. In this paper, 800 college students from five universities in Shaanxi have been sampled. The questionnaire is related to the issue of college students' basic information, job-hunting intentions, employment attribution, vocational matching thought, employment demands and other aspects. The SPSS software is applied for data processing of the survey results. The influencing factors of college students' career intentions in Shaanxi have been preliminarily understood. The results showed that: (1) College students' human capital factors, school type, performance ranking, grading certificates and other factors affect students' job-hunting intentions; (2) College students' social capital factors, fathers' occupation, household income and other factors affect students' job-hunting intentions; (3)Whether proper or not attribution on the success or failure of job hunting affects students' job selection behavior; (4) Whether there is a clear professional orientation and career goals or not affects college students' job-hunting intentions.Countermeasures of solving the difficult employment situation: (1) Government should play roles of macro-control in the job market; (2) Colleges should reform management system and training mode; (3) Employers should establish a scientific concept of employment and build a fair competition mechanism; (4) College students should constantly improve themselves and strive to improve the employment core competitiveness.
