Kids are sensitive to accept emotional stimulation,and this stage is the critical period for the formation of healthy emotion and basic emotion.Positive emotion can expand thinking,promote cognition,remove negative emotional experience,help children play games and exploring,help individuals to communicate with each other and respond to changes in the surrounding environment.Therefore,in early childhood,it is very important to promote children's positive emotional experience through systematic and appropriate activities.This study is goal to train children's positive emotions by researching the collective education situation,the actual needs of the study class and use the picture books as the carrier.This paper uses action research method to select a subsidiary class of a normal primary school in Chengdu as the object of study.The age of the children is 5-6 years old.I formed a research community with A teacher and B teacher in this class.We conducted four stages of action based on the practical problems of the emotional performance of the children in this class.First,start with a safe environment and a positive interpersonal relationship;secondly,make specific practice in the emotional understanding and regulation methods;thirdly,develop personal strengths and foster a sense of competence;finally,look at the problems positively.In addition,we constantly reflect and correct in the course of action.The results showed that it had positive effect on children's positive emotional state,effective emotion regulation ability,adaptability in new environment and optimistic explanatory ability.Weanalyze and discuss the whole action research,and made four suggestions for education.First,select those fun and classical picture books related to children's life,make extension exercises around the contents of the book.Second,the implementation steps of picture books is like this: understand children's emotional events through the book and emotional lights;make the reading of picture books and interactive discussion as basic activities;put painting,role-playing,emotional exercises as independent extension activities;share joke "game".Third,the key strategies for cultivating positive emotion include establishing relationships,cultivating individual strength,positive explanatory style and self-strengthening.Fourth,ensure the implementation effect through the establishment of "parent Salon","parent child activities" and other ways to enrich the home contact platform.
