Based on the review of the the correlation research on export trade and employment,the study made a descriptive analysis on the current status of China's export trade and employment,and expounded what influences China's export trade have on its employment.By establishing regression model,the empirical study explained the effect of the export on employment during 2009 to 2013 in China,besides,compared the differences of this effects in eastern,central and western China.In this paper,the main conclusions are as follows: in general,the export trade has a significant stimulating effect on China's employment growth.In the eastern region,export plays an obvious role in promoting employment;the central region's employment can be pulled only in a certain range of export trade performance;for the western region,export has a negative effect on its employment.
