Special education is an integral part of our education system. To develop special education is an inherent requirement to promote educational equity and justice. The level of special education has already become the symbol of a country or region's social civilization and progress. In 2003, in Changchun, The meeting about the special education information means the beginning of the research of special education information.It was required very clearly that using informational technology into the subject teaching of special education. Therefore, in the process of informatization of Training Education, The teachers of training education should vigorously carry out the teaching of information technology,to improve the informatization of Training Education,and finally to achieve the informatization of special education by organizing the teaching actives of informatization.The purpose of this study: On the basis of organizing related articles about special education informatization, the informatization of Training Education and the informatization of Training Teachers we put forward some useful strategies of improving the informatization teaching of Training Teachers by investigation and case study. We hope that it will improve the teaching level and quality of the informatization of Training Teachers.Research ideas and methods are described here: Through literature research, based on system combing special education information, training and education information and the informatization of Training Teachers we work out the questionnaire about the current teaching situation of the informatization of Training Teachers in special schools.Through surveys and case studies based on instructional video, problems and shortconings were found out,including information technology teaching environment construction needed to be perfect; the lack of the resource of informatization teaching, reflecting on both on quantity and quality. The structure of training teacher is not reasonable.The teaching awareness and ability of the informatization of Training Teachers needs to be improved. The relevant training of it is not enough and targeted. The training of the informatization of Training Teachers is not enough to implement, the results of it is not good enough.In order to promote the implement of the teaching activities of intellectual training teachers, and the quality of imformatization teaching. We put forward some strategies about these problems which were found in the informatization of Training Teachers: improving information technology environment, paying attention to humanistic environment construction, constructing information resource base, establishing the regional sharing mechanism. Strengthening intellectual training teachers' construction, optimizing the structure of teachers, changing the concept of consciousness, enhancing information technology teaching skills, strengthening teacher training, training teaching in classification, planning the development of informatization teaching, improving teaching information management evaluation system.Improving the teaching standards and quality of the informatization of Training Teachers is a long process. Intellectual training teachers need to continue to explore and practice, and solve these problems, and finally get improved.
