Nowadays,talent increasingly becomes a core competitiveness and first element to support development.Transportation industry is one of the basic industry in socio-economic development.Thus,the role of talent is more and more prominent.Shenzhen,as the forefront city of China's Reform and Opening Up policy and economic central city,needs to explore comprehensive research on future transportation talent development strategies so as to become an international modern city and build up an integrated transportation system.This paper aims to conduct a detailed analysis of status quo of Shenzhen transportation industry by exploring the extent and structure of the various professionals in the transport system within the "12th Five-Year" period,which helps to set up talents development policies and provides a valuable guideline to the establishment of a considerable size,reasonable structure and high quality transportation group.This paper consists of six chapters.Chapter one is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and relevant researches of domestic and foreign countries.Chapter two is about transportation talent survey and problem analysis.It will focus on the number and structure of personnel and summarize the existing insufficient aspects of Shenzhen transportation industry,which hopefully will lay a solid foundation for the formulation of talent strategy and policy.Chapter three is about Shenzhen transportation talent forecast of 12th Five-Year Plan.An analysis will be carried out on existing and future demand for professionals in transportation system.Chapter four is to introduce advanced experience of transportation talent strategies from domestic and foreign countries by analyzing domestic and foreign advanced experience from developed countries and cities.Chapter five is Shenzhen talent strategy and policy of transportation development.It investigates Shenzhen talent strategy measures and safeguard measures through the following aspects:safeguard,information,importation and nurture,training,incentives,and theoretical research.Chapter six is conclusion.It summarizes the main content,innovation aspects of this thesis and key points need to be explored in the future.
