Research On The Spread Of Psychological Security/ Psychological Insecurity In Group Based On The Theory Of Emotional Contagion

China is in social transition period,collision of eastern culture and western culture and integration of planned economy and market economy provided people with opportunities but also impetuous and anxiety on mentality.This over spreading insecurity easily lead to excessive group emotion and cause group incident.Thus there is a very important practical significance to study the process and rules of the propagation of group psychological security and insecurity.Previous studies mostly study group psychological security and insecurity using linear methods,few studies nonlinear dynamic changes of group psychological security.Most emotion contagion models took single mood as research objects,few focus on the propagational process of mixed emotions.Most studies only stay in the influence of single factors on the process of emotional contagion,had't take the impact of multiple combined factors on emotional contagion into account.Thus,this study combined absorption model and epidemic model to constructed group psychological security / insecurity /mixed psychological security emotion contagion model based on the theory of emotional contagion,studed the impact of univariate and multivariate combinations of personality,group size and intimacy on the dynamic propagation mechanism of group psychological security / insecurity /mixed psychological security.The main results are as follows:(1)Personality,group size and intimacy have a significant impact on the spread of group psychological security / insecurity /mixed psychological security,the convergence rates of group psychological security / insecurity of groups of different personality types from fast to slow are as follows: incentive type,outspoken type,sympathy type and apathy type.Personality type affects only the convergence speed of group psychological security / insecurity,but does not affect the final strength of group psychological security / insecurity.The greater the intimacy and the population size,the faster convergence speed of group psychological security /insecurity.(2)There was interaction between intimacy and group size,personality type and group size,personality and intimacy on convergence speed of group psychological security / insecurity.The higher the intimacy threshold,the more significant the impact of group size on convergence speed of group psychological security /insecurity.For the apathetic groups,the impact of group size on convergence speed of group psychological security / insecurity is the most significant,followed by outspoken type,sympathy type and apathy type.When the intimacy threshold is 0,convergence speed of group psychological security / insecurity is not affected by personality type,when the intimacy threshold is greater than 0,convergence speed of group psychological security / insecurity is affected by personality type,convergence speed of group psychological security / insecurity of different personality types from fast to slow are as follows: incentive type,outspoken type,sympathy type and apathy type.
