| Security plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining social security and stability in the new era.In the actual employment relationship,the security personnel have the special nature of labor dispatch,and the management problems of high mobility and low satisfaction have become increasingly prominent.In the past,the research focused on the relationship between psychological contract and job satisfaction of dispatched employees under the single organizational situation of dispatching unit or service unit,but less on the security group under the dual organizational situation of dispatching unit and service unit The study of contract management and job satisfaction,from the perspective of psychological contract of security dispatch unit and service,has great theoretical and practical value for both dispatch unit and service unit.In view of this,this thesis takes X company as the specific research object,and uses the methods of field investigation and empirical analysis to comprehensively summarize the management problems of security personnel.First of all,this study introduces X company,and investigates the security staff of X company on the spot,and makes a preliminary analysis of their job satisfaction.Then,based on the theory of psychological contract,this thesis collects the first-line data of X company through questionnaire survey,and then conducts data analysis to verify the research hypothesis.The results show that the transactional,relational and developmental psychological contracts of dispatch and service units have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction.According to the results of field investigation and empirical analysis,this study puts forward three management suggestions for X company’s security personnel management from three aspects: transaction type,relationship type and development type psychological contract:establishing a dynamic incentive mechanism for security personnel,improving the security financial team management and service process,and building a scientific and reasonable security career development system.At last,the conclusions and suggestions of this thesis can also be used for reference by other companies. |
