With the rapid development of the technology of the Internet and smart mobile devices,the way people communicate has undergone a drastic change.With the development and popularization of the software,more and more people tend to use WeChat,a new way of communicating on the phone,which has provided people good service.It also complete the"interpersonal commmnication","organizational communication","public communication" at the same time,which provides a good plat for school to reform the traditional management methods and use technology to promote education management.Schools should make full use of the advantages of this micro-channel public platform to further improve the effectiveness of school management and student learning efficiency,and thus raise the education level of information management and analysis of large data levels.However,due to the Wechat public platform is new,the use of WeChat platform for the implementation of the current management of school education is in the initial stage.Considering the research of using WeChat public platform to promote school education management in Nantong is blank,this study is committed to Wechat public platform,which is a new information technology to promote the practice of school management.This new way is based on a vision and goals and paid attention to the process,timely feedback.This is a good attempt for school development.We use Wechat public platform to show the school,to cooperate with society and parents,to achieve a harmonious school management,to promote teachers development and to deepen the research on the application of information and technology on education.The thesis firstly analyzes the present situation of the use of WeChat public platform to promote education management in domestic and foreign countries.Considering the practical Wechat application in our school,the focus of this paper is to compare the purpose of use of WeChat platform with the practical application of it.Here are several important points in the thesis.The thesis analyzes the background of the current situation of social development and school development,needs and feasibility of micro-channel public management platform,and elaborates the Wechat public management platform design,functional design principles and management ideas.Then the thesis illustrates the building and management of Wechat public management platform and finally describes the management effectiveness of teachers,students,classroom management application of Wechat public platform reached on the micro-channel public platform management practice and explore the application of comparative research.In this paper,the method of documentary,questionnaire and interview,descriptive statistical method are mainly used.To sum up,the use of WeChat public platform is meaning for the promotion of education management reform,enhancing the teachers ’level of information to boost the quality of management education and improving students’ ability. |
