As a new teaching method,micro class is applied to the daily teaching of school physical education by physical education teachers because of its short,refined and fragmented content.Badminton is a popular sport among students in China.In recent years,with more and more colleges and universities holding badminton competitions,students’ interest in learning badminton has gradually increased.Badminton has become the sports with the widest audience in Colleges and universities.At the same time,badminton course is also a course in all physical education colleges.Therefore,the application of micro course in the teaching of badminton course is also a development trend.Micro class teaching methods make maximum use of classroom teaching time,pay attention to students’ development,and teach students according to their aptitude in teaching.Students can preview before class,internalize in class and consolidate after class through micro class video,so as to improve the teaching effect.Now,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to carry out a ten week teaching experiment on 32 students in two classes of badminton elective course in Physical Education College of Inner Mongolia Normal University.Before the experiment,the students’ special comprehensive quality of badminton is pre tested.Because the students are beginners,there is no skill test.After the experiment,the forehand is sent high and far The techniques of hitting high and far ball in the backcourt and picking ball are tested and compared.Finally,a questionnaire survey on the teaching effect of students is carried out to test the teaching effect of micro class teaching.The following conclusions are drawn through the teaching experiment:1.In a short time,using micro class to teach badminton to students in physical education colleges and departments can improve students’ badminton forehand high and far ball technology,backcourt high and far ball technology and pick ball technology.2.The application of micro class in badminton teaching in physical education colleges and departments can promote students’ understanding of badminton technology,further promote students’ learning of badminton technology,and students can complete badminton technical movements more relaxed and standard.3.The use of micro class teaching in a short time can stimulate the fun of badminton elective students in learning badminton technology.At the same time,the use of micro class video teaching can effectively shorten the demonstration time of teachers in teaching and give students more time to learn technology.At the same time,teachers can also pay more attention to the guidance and correction during technical training,so as to promote students to master sports technology faster.4.Through the investigation of students’ learning effect after applying micro class teaching to badminton teaching,it is concluded that micro class teaching is of great help to improve students’ interest and enthusiasm in practice and help students quickly get familiar with the key and difficult points of badminton skills,and is accepted and loved by most students.
