The biggest advantage of information technology is a breakthrough in time and space limit the sharing of resources,so that interact quickly and easily,so you should take advantage of this access to quality educational resources,promote exchanges and cooperation,through information technology to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,to achieve a balanced education target,while the rural teachers' information literacy is directly related to the effective use of modern information means.Based on the above background,this paper adopts literature research method access and the concepts of information literacy based on the concept definition,and through in-depth school,visit observation,according to the outline of the interview questions,a profound and detailed understanding of rural junior middle school teachers in the status of information literacy.Investigation and study show that in information consciousness survey and found that teacher's information awareness is relatively high in general,only a small part of the teachers'understanding is not very profound;in the part of the investigation information knowledge,most of the teachers of teaching software in this piece of knowledge is not very familiar with,many schools of soft hardware environment need to be improved,teachers of computer knowledge is lack of;in the part of information capacity survey,most teachers lack the ability of core information,one is to network resources retrieval method is not professional,unfamiliar to HowNet and other professional academic research platform,do not use logic retrieval functions and Wikipedia tools.Two is to obtain the resources processing conformity ability to be short of,can't be better through the teaching software carrier output to the subject classroom.Three is not often use interactive whiteboard,scanner,micro video class modern instructional media tools;in the part of the investigation information moral found more teachers to use pirated software,not custom tag information sources on the Internet,not familiar with the knowledge of the network copyright.Most teachers have high resist the temptation of the network capacity,can do civilized language,to comply with the network of legal and ethical norms;Teachers have a certain role in promoting the development of information capacity of the office computer,while information awareness is not necessarily able to naturally translated into information capacity,the need for external intervention to guide and training teachers.There is a significant relationship between information knowledge and information ability.This paper consists of five parts:the first part is the introduction,introduces the research methods and innovation of research questions,research significance,research status,research;the second part expounds and the definition of information literacy,and provide a theoretical basis for the following research;the third part through the questionnaire survey and interview data processing,using SPSS and Excel software,analyzes the present situation of information literacy of junior middle school teachers in Tianmen and the existing problems,pave the way for the promotion strategy behind;fourth from the macro and micro perspective,and the reality of the situation with Tianmen,put forward the strategies of improving the information literacy of junior high school teachers in rural areas;fifth part is the conclusion,refines the main point of this paper,the shortcomings and the subsequent need to improve the place.
