Since twenty-first Century,the development of information technology in the world has changed rapidly.The integration of education,teaching and Internet has become an inevitable trend of the times.New words and phrases such as "Internet +Teaching","Internet + Classroom","Internet + evaluation" have sprung up and have a profound impact on education and teaching.The development and rise of Internet technology is bringing rich resources to rural school education,accelerating the change of traditional teaching mode in rural schools,and making information technology and classroom teaching closely integrated.This requires rural teachers as knowledge imparters to have certain information literacy.Teachers' information literacy means that teachers can use relevant information resources,systems and tools to obtain the required information,and to further process and integrate information and apply it to their own teaching work,in order to optimize teaching ability.It includes four aspects: teachers' information consciousness,information knowledge,information technology and teaching integration skills,and information ethics accomplishment.In order to understand the problems existing in rural teachers' information literacy,analyze the main factors affecting rural teachers' information literacy,and further explore the training strategies of rural teachers' information literacy,so as to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for improving rural teachers' information literacy,this study takes rural primary and secondary school teachers in Jinan,Qingdao,Zhengzhou,Henan and Jiyuan as examples.Questionnaires,interviews and classroom observations were used to conduct the survey.The research shows that the current information literacy of rural teachers has some problems,such as the unbalanced development of information consciousness,the incomplete mastery of information knowledge,the weak integration ability of information technology and teaching,the lack of information ethics accomplishment of some teachers,and the imperfect training of teachers in information technology.In the survey,we found that many factors restrict the development of rural teachers' information literacy.The main influencing factors can be summarized as follows: first,the backwardness of rural teachers' own educational concept,low sense of professional identity,and teachers' psychological pressure under the background of informatization;second,the lack of school support and evaluation system;third,teachers' information department technical training form sheet.First,the training coverage is "narrow" and the training lacks follow-up guidance.The advent of the "Internet +" era has prompted the development of rural education informatization,the transformation of rural social environment and classroom teaching,and the breakthroughs in training forms of rural teachers,all of which have created unprecedented opportunities to further enhance the information literacy of rural teachers.But at the same time,a series of changes triggered by the "Internet +" era,including the contradiction between the supply and demand of teachers and students in rural areas,the transformation of teaching evaluation methods in rural areas,and the change of the role of rural teachers,have also challenged the development of information literacy of rural teachers.Therefore,for rural teachers,how to seize the opportunities provided by the times and cope with the challenges posed by the times has become an urgent issue to be considered.Based on this,this study summarizes the specific strategies for improving the information literacy of rural teachers from the three levels of teacher main body,school environment and training mechanism.Taking the teachers themselves as an example,first of all,teachers should clarify the importance of information technology in teaching applications,establish correct information ethics and safety concepts,and on the basis of the changes in the learning style brought about by "Internet +".From the school level,it should promote the improvement of school leaders' information awareness and the transformation of educational concepts,establish and improve rural teachers' information literacy evaluation standards and evaluation mechanisms,encourage rural teachers to practice information technology and teaching integration,and actively participate in all levels.Class lectures.From the training level,it is first necessary to provide targeted information-based teaching and training resources for rural teachers,and secondly to build a practical information-based teaching and training platform.Finally,a collaborative information-based teaching and training team should be built.
