In the internet plus era,information technology has developed rapidly and brought changes and revolution to education.Teachers play a great role in solving educational problems and promoting education informatization.Secondary school education in rural areas,as an important part of basic education,is a little weak.Only by keep improving teachers' information literacy,can we promote the deep integration of information technology and secondary school education,which finally achieves the education informatization and cultivate qualified talents in accordance with the requirements of the Internet plus era.The essay discusses how to improve the information literacy of rural secondary school teachers in the internet plus era from the following aspects.First of all,the paper expounds the revolution of secondary school education in the internet plus era from four aspects like educational philosophy,teaching mode,teaching resources,learning mode and teacher-pupil relationship.Secondly,it expounds the new connotation of teachers' information literacy in the internet plus era.Teachers should have basic information literacy,curriculum integration literacy and scientific research information literacy.Basic information literacy includes information consciousness,information knowledge,information ability and information morality;curriculum integration literacy includes informationized teaching design ability,informationized teaching implementation ability,informationized teaching evaluation ability and informationized teaching management ability;scientific research information literacy includes independent learning and inquiry ability,information exchange and cooperation ability,information innovation ability.Then,the study takes 202 rural secondary school teachers from six schools in T city as samples to investigate the current situation of rural secondary school teachers' information literacy through questionnaires,interviews and field surveys.The research shows some problems such as the information consciousness and information morality need to be strengthened;the information knowledge is not comprehensive;the equipment operation and response ability are poor;the processing ability of information resources is deficient;the ability to optimize the classroom teaching ability with the information technology is not good enough;information-based teaching management and teaching evaluation aren't effectively carried out;teachers' self-development is not enough and communication is not wide.Further on,the paper analyzes the reasons,which can be summarized as: first,traditional training content,unreasonable training form and the lack of follow-up support;second,backward school management concept,the lack of assessment management system,inadequate school hardware facilities and software resources;third,teachers' low sense of self-efficacy,conservative educational concept,heavy workload and job burnout;finally,unique reality of rural families.Finally,the paper puts forward the specific strategies to improve rural secondary school teachers' information literacy from the government,schools and teachers.The government should give an overall consideration to establish the policies and balance resources,perfecting the training mechanism and results at the same time.Schools should attach importance to strengthen the cooperation with enterprises to develop information resources.Schools should also strengthen infrastructure construction and the evaluation to improve the informatization environment and assessment system.Teachers themselves should cultivate Internet thinking to renew teaching concepts,focus on lifelong learning to keep up with the development of times and practise wisdom teaching to promote the integration of information technology and curriculum.
