High school has a special status in our education.It is not only the highest stage of basic education,but also the basis and talents reserve for institute of high learning.Provincial model high school is the model of regular high school,which plays a leading role in exploration of quality education and innovation of teaching ideas.However,we must realize that there are many problems in government management of model high school.I have been teaching in provincial model school since 2008,and I am always concerned about its government management reform.This article,based on research of Suizhou City Model High School,after many interviews,data analysis,combined with study theory relative to government education management,analyzes the problem and reason existed in government management for our city provincial model high school,and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions concerted with our national policy.The article has certain theoretical and practical significance.The article consists of six chapters.Chapter one proposes the problem,analyzes the background and significance,and explains the innovative points and weak points of the research.Chapter two,first defines the concept of provincial model high school,then summarizes the study theory relative to government education management by experts,and explains it on three aspects:two ideas,existed reason,main measures on education of government management,after that it indicates the attitude of national experts to the government management of principal model high school.Chapter three explains the forms of government management,from the points of enrolling students,teacher recruitment form,re-certification scheme,supervision and financial investment.Chapter four indicates the problems existed in the government management of Suizhou City Provincial Model High School and makes one by one analysis.Chapter five provides the countermeasures for existed problems in government management of Suizhou City Provincial Model High School:one is to perfect enrolling students plan policy and supervisory mechanism of ' quota allocation';two is to regulate teach head count and paper test and interview process;three is to complete and implement re-certification scheme;four is to perfect education supervision work for provincial model high school;five is to pay more attention to provincial model high school education;six is conclusion,hoping society will pay more attention to government management problem on provincial model high school,adopt some measures to realize the role of model for provincial model high school,and facilitate the development of regular high schools education.
