With the development of Chinese Society,the improvement of the quality of development,the people’s living conditions have changed,Labor hours gradually reduced,the corresponding leisure time gradually increased.Urbanization of rural extension and expansion is often much faster than enrich the connotation,improve the physical environment and the behavior is lagging behind traditional inhabitants,ideology improvements in sharp contrast.Pupil nowadays no longer need to take part in the housework besides academic education.How to make better use of students’ leisure time,improve the quality of family education,so that leisure time activities of the students to become an integral part of their life,so that parent-school cooperation to a higher level,so that the child’s home and school educational goals,the pace of convergence,thereby improving the overall quality of education,which is forcing the new city school problems to be solved.Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province is located in the Pearl River estuary,a very important geographical advantage,has a positive performance in the tide of Reform and Opening up and socialist modernization construction process,rural urbanization in the nation,in 2013,the city completed a comprehensive ’village change "project,a large number of farmers and instantly became a resident of the city around the town to become the first new town,rural town will gradually move towards urbanization.Therefore,Zhongshan City for pupils’ leisure time education study has important theoretical and practical significance.The new town of Zhongshan City’s primary school leisure education policy studies have attempted through the interpretation of existing relevant educational theory,drawing on the current use of leisure time for students research,analyze practical problems in educational practice,and explore a new city schools to solve students in meaningful ways and means to guide the use of leisure time,Yongjingyuan primary school is Urban Fringe of a typical school.In recent years,home-school,parenting education,social practice has done a useful exploration,open leisure education research laid the foundation for the new city.The paper has five parts:The first part is the introduction part,explained the significance of the research background,domestic and international development context and outcomes research,and point out the methods and contents of this paper.The second part is the theoretical analysis of primary leisure education,first concludes and defines the concept of leisure and leisure education,describes the theoretical basis of leisure education,and in turn analyze the objectives and tasks of the new urban pupils’ leisure education,features of leisure education and the value for the individual,education and society.The third part is the empirical part,first describes the survey methodology and design of the new city of Zhongshan student leisure life and education status quo and problems are discussed,and then how to help the new city students self-understanding,acquire leisure skills,personalize the way pursue meaningful leisure life and improving the quality of leisure life and fun aspects to be analyzed.The fourth part is the implementation of the new urban students leisure education,first makes the overall analysis of the new city primary school leisure life and leisure education problems and causes,on this basis,discusses and advices the student leisure education content,strategies,approaches and principles.The last part is the general idea of the construction of the school curriculum,the implementation of measures,specific use of leisure education were discussed.
