Design And Implementation Of Wisdom Community Service Platform In WH City

With the continuous development of science and technology and social informatization,the construction of smart cities has become the frontier trend of urban development in today’s world.As an important part of smart cities,smart communities play an important role in the construction process.The construction of a smart community is not only a technological innovation,a change in the lifestyle of the residents,but also an important position for the future development of e-commerce and an inevitable trend in the future development of the community.This paper selects the FL street of J District of WH City as the research object of smart community construction.In 2015,the street cooperated with third-party organizations and took the lead in launching the construction project of the smart community service platform.After years of practice and exploration,the WH City Smart Community Service Platform project has achieved certain results in FJ Street: improving the working methods of streets and communities,improving the service capacity of community affairs,and tightening the relationship between communities and residents.Although the WH Smart Community Service Platform project has brought many changes to the way the streets and communities work,the living conditions of the residents have also improved.However,there are still many problems that need to be solved.This paper combines the actual situation of the smart city platform of WH City,expounds the status quo and four problems faced by the platform,and further analyzes the problems of the platform through 5WHY analysis method,and proposes four corresponding strategic suggestions.As the four construction objectives of the platform,combined with the evolution model development theory,the four construction objectives are divided into four phases of project construction,namely: project preparation phase,project development phase 1,project development phase 2,project development phase 3,according to At the realization of each stage,the corresponding modules are designed.Finally,based on the design content of the platform,the platform project is organized and implemented,the organizational structure required during the project construction process is formulated,and the schedule of the platform project is explained.And estimate the labor and time costs required for platform construction.
