The community is the root of the urban social administration.The current community management faces problems such as lack of information,inefficiency,and difficulty in business.Promoting communication infrastructure is an effective measure to improve community management efficiency and the quality of service.Using WebGIS,mobile network,intelligent computing and other technologies to establish a smart community platform based on WebGIS,realize intelligent management,improve community public service level,and improve residents’ satisfaction.The platform is based on improving the basic government management capabilities and the community’s comprehensive service capabilities.It improves the community’s geospatial information,resident information and industrial information databases,and forms an innovative model for community digitalization and intelligent management.Coordinate the management of population,housing,organization,and fixed assets in the jurisdiction to make management more intuitive,more convenient,and smarter.The thesis systematically introduces the purpose and significance of the construction of smart communities,studies the development status of smart communities at home and abroad,and introduces the technologies of geographic information system(GIS),WebGIS,Spring MVC framework and Ajax.According to the application requirements of WebGIS,the tile map caching technology is studied.Based on the analysis of the pyramid model,a hybrid storage model is proposed to optimize the system performance.According to the actual needs of the community work,combined with the existing technology and framework,the overall architecture of the smart community system construction was determined,and the complete system solution was given.The OpenLayers framework and the GeoServer server of the map module application were used to describe the specific.At the same time,according to the business logic,each sub-function module was designed and implemented.Based on some problems found in the test,the next step was put forward.
