Research On Governance Mode Of Public Space

Public space is an extremely important place for every citizen's daily work and entertainment activities.It is a space area where people concentrate their activities.In a sense,it is also a platform for citizens to provide daily social exchange and cultural communication.In recent years,with the gradual improvement of social and economic level,more and more attention has been paid to the normal leisure and entertainment activities and the quality of daily life.Personalized,multi-level and comprehensive daily social interaction of citizens gather in the public space,which poses a great challenge to the development,activity organization and social governance of the current public space.General secretary Xi Jinping put forward in the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China: "build a social governance pattern of co.building and sharing governance.We will strengthen the construction of the social governance system,improve the system of social governance under the leadership of the Party committee,the responsibility of the government,social coordination,public participation and the guarantee of the rule of law,and raise the level of socialization,legalization,intellectualization and specialization of social governance.".With the rapid development of China's society,economy and urbanization,the quality of life of urban residents has been significantly improved.The concept of life has gradually changed to the direction of leisure and entertainment.Public space has become an important part of urban residents' daily life.At present,scholars at home and abroad have discussed the governance mode of urban public space from the perspectives of urban community governance and citizen theory,but there are few researches on the governance pattern of public space co construction,co.governance and sharing,and few on the governance mode of riverside public space.Therefore,based on the successful practical experience of waterfront public space in major international cities,taking the North Bund and riverside as an example,this paper starts from four aspects: socialization,rule of law,intelligence and specialization of waterfront public space governance,summarizes,combs and checks the governance of North Bund riverside public space,comprehensively understands and grasps the current situation of the governance of North Bund riverside public space,and identifies the main problems.Based on the "cooperative governance theory" and "stakeholder theory",this paper discusses the effective governance pattern of public space co construction,co governance and sharing,relying on the party building alliance(in the charge of the Party committee),led by the organization set up by the government(in the charge of the government),integrating social high-quality resources(social coordination),establishing a transparent public supervision mechanism(public participation),and improving the relevant policy system(legal guarantee)public space governance mode.In order to create charming public places,meet the needs of public diversity,improve the quality of urban public space,and adapt to the needs of social development,it is proposed to explore the factors affecting the governance of urban public space.I hope that through the comprehensive analysis and research of this paper,it can provide some useful reference for the theoretical research and practical exploration of the fine design of urban public space in China,and trigger more in-depth thinking.
