| The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward “The strategy of rural revitalization”,which is based on inheriting the previous rural development work and aiming at the changes of the main social contradictions in the new era.It is the strategic arrangement put forward by the party in a new historical position.“The strategy of Rural Revitalization” has also become an important action guide for guiding the development of agricultural and rural areas in the new era.After 40 years of reform and opening up,the economy and society have made great progress,and people’s life has gradually become rich.But in terms of the population structure of our country,there are 551 million permanent residents in rural areas,and the proportion of rural population in the total population is about39.4%.Therefore,Chinese society is still a rural society fundamentally.In the process of urbanization,the rural areas of our country are facing the problems of the decline of traditional agriculture,the hollowing out of rural areas and the decline of rural culture.The gap between development of urban and rural is still large.How to reduce the differences between urban and rural areas,improve the living standards of rural areas and promote social equity,and the objective needs determine the necessity of implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Weiyuan County is the "hometown of figs in China".End of 2018,the total population of the county is 708000,including 521000 agricultural population,accounting for 73.6% of the total population,which is a typical agricultural county.In the aspect of Rural Revitalization and construction,we have built a number of demonstration villages at the city and county level,such as the demonstration village of Comprehensive governance of environmental in both urban and rural areas in Sichuan Province,the national civilized village Sifang village of Xiangyi Town,the county level Rural Revitalization demonstration village Hefeng village of Gaoshi town,accumulated some experience.The author combined the actual work,using the governance theory,the sustainable development theory,and the theory of industrialization of agriculture and rural areas development,around the the main line of The strategy of Rural Revitalization,Based on the analysis and reference of the advanced theory and practice of agricultural and rural development at home and abroad,the advanced theory and practice.The author conducted a survey and Research on the construction of Rural Revitalization demonstration village in Weiyuan County,Sichuan Province,using the means of questionnaire and interview to collect survey data and interview data,hope to be able to draw the country revitalization strategy in the process of Weiyuan to explore the problems and deficiencies and put forward pertinence and advice,To further strengthen and improve the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in Weiyuan county and even provide reference for the implementation of rural revitalization in the whole province.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the background and significance of the topic selection,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas and methods,theoretical basis of the research,and innovation and deficiencies of this paper.The second chapter is the survey design chapter,including the survey purpose,survey hypothesis,survey method,survey object and questionnaire validity.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis chapter,including the basic situation,investigation implementation,questionnaire analysis,interview analysis,and the analysis of the survey results,existing problems and causes.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures and Suggestions.Based on the analysis of the survey results,put forward Suggestions to improve and strengthen the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Weiyuan county.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect chapter. |
