Research On The Factors Of Family Intergenerational Relationship In Weiyuan Town Huzhu County Qinghai Province

Family intergenerational relationship is an important part of family relationship, which relations depend on each other. It is effected by the change of social backgrounds and bounded up with feature differences of family structure, family scale and family member. With the development of the society, the change of family firm's tissue and family structure, as well as generation gap and intergenerational relation imbalance.More people become concern about family intergenerational relationship which become a hot point in the filed of sociology.This paper choose Weiyuan town Huzhu country Qinghai province, which is a western town in urbanization as researching site and social exchange theory as logical proofs. In the analytical frame of this paper, the factors of family intergenerational relationship is contain family member's social position, the family structure, marriage and procreation , the housing way and Intergenerational communication, checking them whether have the influence to the family intergenerational relationship based on they whether have affected the intergenerational relations each resource flows. Finally, through the analysis and the induction of the data, this paper has three research suppositions :( 1.The more communications between intergeneration, the more intergenerational satisfaction will be got. 2. The more reciprocity between exchanges of intergeneration, the more intergenerational satisfaction will be got. 3.
