Research On Market Supervision In Sihong County Under The Background Of Institutional Reform

In recent years,China has continued to explore and reform the institutions and functions of the state government.On February 28,2018,the Third Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee deliberated and adopted the plan for deepening the reform of the Party and state institutions,establishing the State General Administration of Market Supervision,since then,the national top-down reform of the market supervision system officially began.The research on the issue of grass-roots market supervision will not only help us understand the current situation of grass-roots market supervision,but also help us grasp the problems and deficiencies in the process of institutional reform,at the same time,it can help to put forward the measures of deepening the reform of the grass-roots market supervision system and strengthening the grass-roots market supervision.Taking the Sihong County Market Supervision Administration in Suqian,Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper introduces and analyzes the present situation,existing problems,causes of the problems and the countermeasures for further improvement of market supervision.Through the survey,This paper summarizes the structure,function integration and work development of the Sihong County Market Supervision.At the same time,it also analyzes the problems existing in the process of market supervision,in summary,there are mainly problems such as unclear division of supervisory functions,inadequate construction of law enforcement personnel,inadequate social supervision,and inadequate system guarantee,and from the team building,the system and the environment three angles to discover the problem to give the reason analysis.In view of the existing problems,on the basis of drawing on the advanced experience of developed countries such as United States,United Kingdom and Japan in market supervision,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for improving the market supervision in Sihong County from four aspects: Perfecting the system of market supervision departments,strengthening the construction of law enforcement teams,constructing the system of market supervision rules,and strengthening the construction of social supervision channels,hope to be able to solve in the concrete work practice,to better promote the work of market supervision to provide a theoretical basis.
