The phenomenon of drug trafficking and drug production in Inner Mongolia is less,so it is not a serious or difficult area with hidden drug safety risks.However,the external environment determines that the situation of drug control in Inner Mongolia is still severe.And for a long time,subject to the level of science and technology,research and development strength,treatment and compulsory isolation detoxification work hasn't been formed in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region with the region characteristic,is suitable for the region's actual effective local drug model,various rehabilitation centers take drug model the same,are typical and traditional rehabilitation mode,to reduce the relapse rate and improve the withdrawal to little effect.Carrying out drug control work and strengthening the follow-up management of drug addicts returning to society can effectively reduce the drug abuse rate,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the drug abuse rate.Therefore,the study on the follow-up management of drug addicts returning to society can not only solve the problem of high drug abuse rate and relapse rate of drug addicts,but also make up for the lack of follow-up management of drug addicts in Inner Mongolia.At the same time,it is also conducive to improve the system and mechanism of the judicial administration of drug rehabilitation work,improve the withdrawal rate;To strengthen and improve the management of special groups;It is conducive to promoting the coordination between the government and the society to deal with drug abuse.In Inner Mongolia,drug addicts can get better treatment during the compulsory isolation period,but due to the serious lack of follow-up management,the relapse rate of drug addicts is still very high.The withdrawal rate of drug addicts in Inner Mongolia is 100%,but the relapse rate is as high as 97%.The high relapse rate makes the drug abuse rate in Inner Mongolia high,which also indicates the absence of follow-up management of drug addicts when they return to society.Based on the actual situation of drug rehabilitation work in Inner Mongolia and the theory of public management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the follow-up management of drug rehabilitation personnel returning to society and the causes of the problems.By referring to the successful experience in the follow-up management of drug addicts at home and abroad,the countermeasures for the follow-up management of drug addicts in Inner Mongolia were put forward.
