A Rearch On The Management Problems Of Drug Addicts In Suzhou Gusu District

Drugs abuses the central nervous system of drug users, causes the pathological changes of tissues and organs function disorders, seriously damages the immune function of human body, causes many complications, and endangers the health of drug users; drugs always induces crime, destructs the families, and spreads AIDS and other infectious diseases which brings serious harm to the society. Because of the above harms due to drugs, increase of the quantities of drug users registered in China year by year and the difficulties to withdraw drugs etc., how to further improve the management of drug users to reduce the dangers of drug use has become an important issue of concern to all sectors of society.On the management of drug users, domestic and international research mainly focuses on one of the aspects, for example, rehabilitation pattern, detoxification method or related laws, there is little systemic research on all aspects. Therefore, this article uses the existing research results based on the analysis of the management of drug users in Gusu District, Suzhou with the theories and research methods of criminology, psychology, sociology and demography to discuss the existing problems on management of drug users and the reasons caused these problems from the three phases of investigation, education and regression in the management of drug users, combined with the actual situations, provides solutions for the improvement of management of drug users in Gusu District with the system and overall thinking mode through the introduction of the research focused on drug rehabilitation pattern and method both in China and foreign countries.
