Countermeasure Research On Jinan City Public Security Organs Dealing With Network Public Opinion Crisis

In our country,network public opinion has become an important part of the current social public opinion,and has provided opportunities and motivation for China's democratic political construction.However,the network public opinion crisis that has evolved under multiple factors has also occurred constantly,which has brought great challenges to our party and the government in maintaining the stability of social order.The nature and responsibilities of the public security organs determine that they must properly handle the network public opinion crisis in order to meet the expectations of the public in the new era for public security enforcement.By exploring the research situation of scholars at home and abroad,the author defines and analyzes related concepts,and comprehensively applies various theories such as agenda setting to support the theoretical basis of the topic.It also summarizes the central government's requirements and legal provisions on network public opinion management,and strengthens the theoretical support of the government in handling network public opinion crisis.Taking the public security organs of Jinan as an example,the author conducts an in-depth analysis through some typical cases of the network public opinion crisis,and summarizes the positive practices and lessons learned in the process of disposal.Through analysis,the author points out the problems of the public security organs of Jinan in dealing with the crisis of network public opinion,such as the passiveness of action,the fact that the mechanism construction is not in line with actual combat needs,cooperation of the police and the media communication is not sufficient,and the professional level of the staff is not high,and analyzes the cause of the problem from both internal and external perspectives.At the same time,the author also actively learns from the successful experience of other local governments in dealing with the network public opinion crisis.On this basis,the author puts forward targeted and practical countermeasures to the public security organs of Jinan City in the following aspects,the time to publicly respond,coping mechanism,team building,cooperation of the police and the media,response skills and cracking down on illegal acts according to law.The author hopes that these countermeasures can provide some help and inspiration to the public security organs of Jinan City and even the domestic public security organs to deal with the crisis of network public opinion.
