Intervention Study On Interpersonal Communication Of Juvenile Children Of Prisoners

In recent years,the growth of juvenile children of prisoners and the various problems caused by it have become a hot topic of social concern.At present,the children of juvenile prisoners are affected by such factors as broken family structure,collapse of economic pillar,lack of family education and care,and are more likely to have problems of social integration,behavioral deviation and mental health,and even embark on the road of illegal and criminal activities.Social workers can use professional social work methods and skills to provide professional services for the children of juvenile prisoners.The content of this study is social work intervention in the interpersonal communication of minor children of prisoners.Seven minor children of prisoners with interpersonal problems were selected as the research objects from the service objects of the Y project of P institution.Using action research methods,the interpersonal communication status,interpersonal problems and interpersonal needs of seven minor children of prisoners were analyzed by means of questionnaires,in-depth interviews and field observations.Researchers put forward corresponding intervention strategies from the micro,meso and macro levels and applied case,group and community practical methods to implement intervention strategies.Through reflecting and summarizing the intervention process,the effectiveness and applicability of the strategies put forward by social workers are analyzed.Finally,on the basis of reflection and summary,combined with the overall research process,the research conclusions are drawn.The conclusion of the study proves that the strategy framework of social work intervention on interpersonal communication of juvenile children of prisoners is effective and feasible from micro,medium and macro levels.This study is intended to provide reference for future research on interpersonal problems of minor children of prisoners.It is hoped that professional social work methods can help minor children of prisoners solve interpersonal problems,improve interpersonal relationships and improve social support networks.It is hoped that all minor children of prisoners can grow up healthily and happily.
