Protecting children’s rights and interests concerns the future of the country and is an important task for improving modern governance.Inmates minor children is a special disadvantaged group in our contemporary society, the research has the important issues in the study of children in difficulties, often because their parents’ prison inmates children, and plunged into a series of risk events, the lack of self sealing, material supply, family function of risk factors such as crushing, external bias as a deterrent to their healthy growth.Resilience refers to the ability of children in difficulties to continue to acquire positive development when they are confronted with challenges, dangers and pressures in the environment. The level of resilience is directly related to the situation of children. Therefore, how to cultivate the resilience of juvenile children of prisoners is a key way to help them successfully cope with the stress and safeguard their survival and development rights.Based on the development needs of the clients themselves, this study combined group practice work with the study on the improvement of resilience of the children of prisoners by applying relevant theoretical models and practical skills to provide professional services for the target children.Firstly, the paper discusses the status quo and the difficulties in the development of resilience of juvenile children of prisoners, and analyzes the reasons behind it.Then, combined with the CHKS stress level theory model, the intervention dimensions that are most conducive to the improvement of stress tolerance under the group work framework are selected to intervene in the cognition and behavior of self, psychological emotion and interpersonal communication. Finally, the effectiveness of group service was evaluated by means of baseline measurement.Different from the research on troubled children under the "problem perspective",the social worker focuses on the exploration of children’s internal advantages, which not only helps to improve their cognition and improve their self-potential,but also further changes their perception and utilization of external supporting resources.Based on the theory of resilience, the group work activity of "facing the wind and facing the sun" carried out by the author not only applies the theory to practical work, but also fully embodies the service concept of "helping others to help themselves".More importantly,it cultivates the resilience ability of juvenile children of prisoners and enables them to achieve lasting adaptive development.
