| In recent years,the number of single-parent families in China has been increasing,and the problems of children in single-parent families have been paid more and more attention by scholars.Children in single-parent families experience a lack of family members as a result of divorce or death of one of their parents.The lack of family structure makes children more likely to form closed personalities,which can lead to a variety of negative behaviors.As a result,they are afraid of the external things,unwilling to communicate with the outside world,forming interpersonal barriers.This paper focuses on the study of children from single-parent families in rural areas,and applies social work theories and methods to improve the interpersonal communication ability of children from single-parent families in rural areas,and to solve the problems existing in the interpersonal communication of children from single-parent families in the "rural-to-residential" community.At present,there are few studies on the interpersonal communication of children from single-parent families in the "peasant-to-house" community using social work methods.Therefore,from the point of view of group work,using the methods of participation observation,questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that children from single-parent families in the "peasant-to-home" community are not good at controlling their own emotions,and they will have self-abasement when they interact with others.Lack of self-confidence,the limited range of friends and contacts,as well as the lack of interpersonal skills and other issues.At the same time,it is found that the main reasons for these problems are individual,school,community and society.The author takes the M community as the basis,takes the group work method as the core,takes the social learning theory as the basis,carries on the intervention to the single parent family children’s interpersonal communication in the M community,solves their interpersonal communication problem,and improves their interpersonal communication ability.Through the evaluation,it is found that the method of group work solves the problems existing in interpersonal communication of children from single-parent families in rural areas to a certain extent,and improves their interpersonal communication ability.The group work has achieved practical results to a certain extent.At the end of the article,the author reflects on the shortcomings of the study,hop ing to provide some suggestions for the healthy development of children in single-parent families in the future,and also hope to provide some reference for the future social work research and social work practice. |
