Research On The Problem Of Mutual Support For The Aged In Urban Community From The Perspective Of Active Aging

Aging is the inevitable result of population transformation and economic development.The coming of population aging and the realistic dilemma of "aging without preparation" make the pension problem face a severe test.At present,there are more and more senior citizens and empty nesters in cities in China.In the face of weak family pension function,unbalanced supply and demand of institutional pension and inadequate development of community home-based pension,how to make this part of the elderly "provide for the aged,depend on the aged,do something for the aged and enjoy the aged" is the common responsibility of the whole society.Based on this,the new model of mutual support for the aged is quietly taking place.It is an effective measure to actively deal with the aging at present by integrating social idle resources,effectively developing human capital for the elderly and alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand for the elderly.At the same time,it also contains the idea of "mutual assistance and love" in traditional Chinese culture.However,at present,the development of mutual pension is still in its infancy,and the theoretical research results of urban mutual pension are few;the specific practice of urban mutual pension is very insufficient;the public awareness of mutual pension is limited,and the development of mutual pension has a long way to go.From the perspective of active aging,this paper analyzes that active aging is helpful to open up a new model of supporting the aged and realize mutual support for the aged.Through the field research on the implementation status of s community mutual support for the aged,and in the form of questionnaire survey and interview,collect case data,and analyze the specific practices and experience of s community in the mode of mutual support for the aged.From the three dimensions of active aging health,participation and security,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of community mutual assistance and the significance of the elderly's participation in mutual assistance for active aging,and attempts to explore the path of urban elderly's participation in mutual assistance for the elderly,so as to broaden ideas for building an active aging society and provide reference for improving the practice of urban community mutual assistance for the elderly.This paper takes s community's "neighbors" voluntary mutual aid pension model as the research object.The contents of the questionnaire mainly include: the basic situation of the elderly,the cognitive level of mutual aid pension,the willingness to participate,the service demand and the development of mutual aid pension.Through in-depth interviews with the elderly who participate in mutual care for the aged,we can understand their physical and mental state and problems in the process of participation from the perspective of active aging.Using qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze and summarize the collected data,we found that the main problems of the current community mutual aid pension service are: in the health dimension,the main performance is that the form ofpension service is single,and the attention to the spiritual needs of the elderly is not high.In the aspect of participation,the old people's awareness of mutual support for the aged is low,and their participation needs to be improved.In terms of security,the national policy is obviously lagging behind,the source of funds is single,and there is a lack of evaluation and supervision mechanism.In this regard,the government should make clear its positioning,take active aging as the guide,formulate policies and regulations related to mutual assistance for the aged,and provide certain financial security.The community should play a subjective and active role,publicize the concept of mutual assistance for the aged,encourage and organize the active participation of the elderly in the community,build a platform for mutual assistance for the aged in the community,unite all forces,and provide professional training for the volunteers of mutual support for the aged.Encourage and call on enterprises,non-profit organizations and individuals to make contributions to the construction of mutual pension system and promote the sustainable development of community mutual pension system.
