of people-oriented,scale and quality.At the same time,the aging of the population has aroused wide concern from all walks of life,and this social livelihood issue has become an urgent problem to be solved in the town.Due to the shrinking size of the family,empty nests,loss of independence,the increase of the elderly in capacity,the continuous weakening of the function of home care,the limited time and energy of children of urban families,migrant workers and other factors,often do not take into account the daily life and psychological needs of the elderly,in the face of the aging of the population brought about by a series of social problems,Community as the most basic component of the town,but also the necessary place for the daily leisure and entertainment of the elderly in the town,the community mutual assistance to the elderly will have a place,the elderly groups in mutual support and mutual care to achieve the healthy development of the spiritual and psychological level,give full play to their own value advantages,for China’s elderly service to provide a constant source of power.On the basis of summarizing the research results of mutual old-age at home and abroad,the meaning,characteristics and existing types of community mutual assistance pension are described and summarized.And in the research direction is defined,first of all,to active aging theory as the theoretical basis,its concept and main features are analyzed and expounded,and with China’s active response to the aging of the population of this long-term strategic task,the theory is linked to reality,the community elderly group as the development of China’s old-age cause of the backbone,rather than need to be cared for and caring for the vulnerable groups.Secondly,with the help of
