| During the development of the rural modernization process,the rural society has gradually changed from being traditionally single and closed to pluralism and openness,which poses a certain challenge to the original rural governance system.At present,exploring a project that can achieve stable development of rural society,improve the rural governance system,and improve governance capabilities is the main problem in rural governance,and it is also the main task of current national community management.Based on the research of rural social governance issues in Town L,Shuyang County,Jiangsu Province,this paper comprehensively collects relevant data for analysis with the help of public management,sociology and other related theories.This paper collects and analyzes the rural social governance data of Town L,and at the same time draws lessons from the social governance experience of advanced countries and regions at home and abroad,and puts forward the paths to improve the rural social governance of Town L.First of all,starting from the basic concept of rural social governance,combined with the relevant theoretical basis of academic circles on rural social governance,the paper explains in detail that rural social governance is no longer the single subject management mode in the past,but the co governance of multiple subjects;secondly,it discusses the basic situation of rural social governance in Town L,the current governance measures and the results achieved Governance status.Next,it analyzes the prominent problems and reasons of rural social governance in town L from four aspects: governance concept,governance system,governance structure and governance capacity.Finally,by drawing on the advanced experience and practice of other countries and regions at home and abroad on rural social governance,the path to improve the rural social governance of town L is as follows: first,enhance the awareness of governance,establish the concept of multi governance;second,improve the governance system to fully realize the rights and interests of the governance subject;third,optimize the governance structure and straighten out the relationship between the governance subjects;fourth,improve the governance capacity to achieve the goal of multi governance. |
