Research On The Role And Functions Of New Squire In The Country Revitalization Strategy

As the backbone of rural governance in the traditional society,the squire plays an irreplaceable intermediate role and plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the traditional society.From the traditional society to the modern society,the role and function of the gentry have changed greatly.Although they are no longer the main body of rural governance,they play an irreplaceable role in rural governance due to their cultural and historical characteristics.This study using the method of literature research,field research,historical analysis and other research methods,based on structural functionalism analysis framework,based on the country revitalization,select new follow villager country but also to participate in the group as the research object,in promoting rural new follow villager’s role in the strategy of rejuvenating and dilemma and future development,to achieve the goal of the country revitalization and the modernization of rural governance system to provide the reference.The thesis consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction mainly expounds the significance of the topic selection,the history and latest achievements of the academic research on the functions of new townsfolk,research ideas and methods,etc.The first chapter to the fifth chapter is the body part,and the last chapter is the conclusion and prospect.On the basis of analyzing and defining the concept of new townsfolk,this study analyzes what changes have taken place in the roles and functions of new townsfolk in rural governance from the traditional period to the post-tax period in terms of system,role and function.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,the rural society should realize the revitalization,which requires the new villagers to play their role in different aspects such as industry,ecology,culture,governance and life.In order to understand how the new follow villager revitalization of role play in the country,this study selected the jiangxi province within the scope of the new follow villager participate in rural revitalization of three typical cases,can be summed up in three different modes: "the new follow villager + enterprise + cooperative + peasant household" industry development model,"new follow villager + project chamber of commerce + farmers" model,"new follow villager + the village two committees of village + farmers" cultural construction mode,the three development modes are successfully promoted the rural industry prosperity,ecological livable,local custom civilization,governance,efficient and rich life.But at the same time the new follow villager is faced with policy support is not enough,new follow villager self identity is not high to the status and lack of new follow villager home channel and te identity of the legitimacy problem after returning home,to solve these problems,this article mainly from the policy system,role and role play mechanism three aspects to promote the new follow villager back-feeding rural measures are put forward.
