Research On The Government Behavior In The Development Of County Economy

The county is the basic unit of China’s political,economic,and social development.It plays an irreplaceable role in political operation and economic development.As a test ground and breakthrough for China’s political and economic system reform,its strategic position is increasingly prominent.Therefore,after entering the new era of socialism,in order to promote the high-quality development of our economy,it is particularly important to improve the development quality of the county economy.As an important subject to promote the development of the county economy,whether the county government can effectively perform its basic functions and play a correct policy-oriented role will directly affect the overall quality of county economic development.This article takes the development of Qingtian County’s commercial trade as an example,systematically analyzing the basic characteristics,manifestations and deviations of government behaviors in the development of the county economy,and exploring the ways and means of regulating government behaviors,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.On the basis of sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad and explaining related concepts,this paper adopts research methods such as literature analysis,empirical analysis,system analysis,etc.,and details the theoretical basis of government actions affecting county economic development;Through the analysis of the current situation of the development of commerce and trade in Qingtian County,Lishui City,it systematically elaborated the behavior deviations and the causes of the deviations that the Qingtian County Government promotes the development of the county economy.In the development of the county economy of Qingtian County,the main deviations of government behavior are that industrial policies need to be optimized,urban-rural coordination needs to be improved,and market supervision needs to be further improved.The reasons for these deviations mainly include three aspects,one is the lack of motivation to optimize the industrial structure,the second is the excessive bias towards the development of the central urban area,and the third is the excessive intervention in the operation of the market economy.Through the case analysis of the development of Qingtian County’s commerce and trade and the discussion of the deviation of the government’s behavior in the county’s economic development,combined with the practical requirements of the current county’s economic development in China,the specific countermeasures to optimize the government’s behavior are discussed from three aspects:one is to adjust the county economic development plan by promoting the transformation of the county economic structure,broadening the space for county economic development,and releasing the vitality of the county economic development;The second is to increase the coordinated development of urban and rural areas by accelerating the construction of new towns,building beautiful villages,improving urban and rural infrastructure strength;The third is to improve the economic management level of the county government by rationally positioning the role of the government,optimizing economic management methods,and attaching importance to the construction of talent teams.By further optimizing government behaviors,the high-quality development of the county economy in China is promoted.
