Research On Government Behavior In The De Velopment Of County Economy From The Perspective Of The New Development Concept

China’s socialist revolution victory,the rural areas to encircle the cities of the basic unit of the road,the early economic reform and opening up is also a production quotas in the rural areas as a start,to say the county is the most basic unit of the social development,and in political change,perfect organization,plays an important role in economic development,whether from a historical dimension,or from dimensions of reality.In order to promote China’s economic development,national rejuvenation and further deepen the reform of political and economic system,it is necessary to strengthen the strategic position of the county region in this process.Under the overall background of difference planning,improving the quality of the development of county economy,the development of county economy system reform,promote reform and innovation of county economy,and effectively perform their functions of the government,more make decision scientifically,to lead the future development of county economy is the key of the process of government reform.This paper takes Nanling County as an example,comprehensively uses the research methods of literature research and case analysis,combs the theories of county economy and government behavior at home and abroad,takes Nanling County as the research object,and analyzes the status quo of government behavior in the development process of county economy in Nanling County by combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Further discuss the main problems existing in government behavior in the process of economic development in Nanling County.On this basis,some targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of county economy in Nanling County.This paper finds that the main problems of government behavior in the economic development of Nanling County are as follows:Industrial policies need to be optimized,market supervision needs to be improved,policy guidance needs to be strengthened,urban and rural overall planning needs to be improved,etc.The main reasons for these problems are the lack of impetus for industrial structure optimization,the deviation of local government function positioning,the fiscal and taxation system,and the large degree of market economy intervention.In order to further solve the above problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures to optimize government behavior in Nanling County’s economic development from the perspective of new development concept from the aspects of improving the county’s economic development planning,improving the economic management level of the county government,strengthening the policy guidance of the county’s economic development,and strengthening the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
