Research On The Optimization Of Government Functions In The Construction Of Beautiful Towns Take Lishuij City Qingtian County As An Example

In the report of the 18 th CPC National Congress,the development goal of building a "beautiful China" was put forward for the first time.After the implementation of the development goal of beautiful China in Zhejiang Province,it is to build a beautiful Zhejiang and create a happy life for the people of Zhejiang Province.At the same time,it is also the sublimation of the social and economic development goal of Zhejiang Province over the years.The construction of beautiful cities and towns is the basis for the construction of a beautiful Zhejiang.It is a necessary way for Zhejiang Province to seek high-quality urban-rural integrated development and promote the process of urbanization.In the construction of beautiful cities and towns,the role of grass-roots government is very important.It should not only implement the instructions issued by the Party Central Committee and higher-level governments,but also connect the grass-roots people and undertake the implementation of specific projects in the construction of beautiful cities and towns.Once the function of grass-roots government is not effectively brought into play,it will lead to the loss of its leading force in the construction of beautiful cities and towns.Through searching and sorting out the relevant documents and materials on the exertion of government functions in the construction of beautiful towns,and taking this as the theoretical basis,this paper explores the construction and development status of beautiful towns in Qingtian County,Lishui City,Zhejiang Province,and understands that the construction of beautiful towns in Qingtian County has made many remarkable achievements.Combined with the questionnaire survey of some township residents in Qingtian County,We have deeply understood the functions of Qingtian County Government in the construction of beautiful towns,analyzed the problems of the current Qingtian County Government in the construction of beautiful towns,deeply explored the root causes of the problems,and then put forward relevant improvement opinions and suggestions.We believe that the current Qingtian County government should fully cooperate with various subjects to jointly implement the construction tasks of beautiful towns and expand fund-raising channels,Ensure the flexible turnover of funds for the construction of beautiful cities and towns,improve the comprehensive maintenance and management level,ensure the sustainability of beautiful cities and towns,strengthen the participation of various social organizations,establish and improve the supervision and evaluation system,and promote the publicity of the construction of beautiful cities and towns,so as to better realize the full and effective function of the county government in the construction of beautiful cities and towns in Qingtian County,So as to better promote the construction of beautiful towns.
