Study On The Cooperative Supply Of Multiple Subjects In China’s Public Service

Public service is not only a vital component of social development and human civilization,but also an important symbol of national power,civilization level,social justice and Gross National Happiness.The establishment of a service-oriented government and a multi-subject cooperative supply mechanism for public service is the redirection of government reform and public service supply,based on the historical background of economic globalization,Internet plus and big data.Currently,our country is entering a new era which is the key time to achieve the Two Centenary Goals.The promotion of the public service remains highly consistent with the Two Centenary Goals and closely associated with solving the main contradictions at this stage.However,some outstanding problems about public service continue to exist in our country,such as the contradictions between single supply and multiple demands.Faced with the trend of complication and personalization of public service,relying solely on a certain kind of power cannot solve multiple demands of public service efficiently.Guided by the new public service theory and polycentric governance theory,this paper uses literary research,inductive analysis and case analysis to examine the current situation of public service supply,its shortcomings and its causes.It proposes that the public service problems need to seek a breakthrough from the supply mode of multi-subject participation and improve the quality of supply.By promoting the Supply-side Structure Reform of public services,accelerating the transformation of government functions,encouraging and guiding the participation of diverse entities,we can establish and improve the multi-subject cooperative supply mode of our country.The multi-subject cooperative supply mode aims to increase the quantity,quality and efficiency of public services,meet the public’s diversified demands of public services,and effectively fulfill the public’s demand for a better life.
