A Study On Multi-Subject Collaborative Governance In Urban Community Public Service Supply ——A Case Study Of Erqiao West Community In Nanning City

Urban community governance is an important part of social governance.The research on collaborative governance of multiple subjects in the supply of urban community public service is the meaning of the modernization of grass-roots governance system and governance ability.With the acceleration of economic development and urbanization,the demand for public services of community residents shows a trend of diversification and individualization.The supply of urban community public services by a single subject has been unable to meet the needs of residents.There is a contradiction between the rapid growth of community residents’ demand and the shortage of public service supply.This is a realistic problem to be solved urgently,and it is also an important subject to be explored at the practical level.This study takes the multi-subject collaborative governance in the urban community public service supply as the theme,on the basis of summing up the relevant research at home and abroad,selects the Erqiao West Community of Nanning City as a case,and uses the theory of collaborative governance to analyze through many research methods,such as "document analysis method","interview method","comparative analysis method" and "field investigation method".Thus,it is concluded that the collaborative governance of multiple subjects in the urban community public service supply includes four elements: the subject of collaborative governance,the system of collaborative governance,the mechanism of collaborative governance,the goal of collaborative governance,and deeply excavates the dilemma of collaborative governance of multiple subjects in the supply of urban community public services,such as the lack of collaboration of the subject of collaborative g overnance,the system of collaborative governance of multiple subjects is f ragmented,the mechanism of collaborative governance of multiple subjec ts is not perfect,the target of collaborative governance of multiple subjec ts is deviation,and analyzes its causes.Combined with the relevant theories of collaborative governance and domestic successful experience,this paper puts forward countermeasures: strengthen the collaborative consciousness of collaborative governance subjects,clear the collaborative governance system of multiple subjects,perfect the collaborative governance mechanism of multiple subjects,smooth the channels of collaborative governance of multiple subjects and realize collaborative governance goal,in order to provide ideas for the theoretical and practical aspects of collaborative governance of multiple subjects in the supply of urban community public services.
