Research On The Construction Of Socialist Legal Culture With Chinese Characteristics In The New Era

The construction of rule of law culture concerns the success or failure of the construction of rule of law in China and is the soul of modern democracy and rule of law.To promote the rule of law and build a harmonious socialist society both need the support of the rule of law culture.Therefore,the construction of rule of law culture is the realistic need and inevitable requirement of national development and national rejuvenation.The report to the 19 th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC)pointed out that the current principal social contradiction in China has been transformed into "the contradiction between the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development",which marks that China’s development has entered a new era.To solve the major social problems facing China in the new era,we must continue to strengthen the building of a country under the rule of law and use the rule of law to solve the problems of development and distribution.New era which requires attention to the rule of law culture construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,in the new era of socialist rule of law culture with Chinese characteristics to guide the implementation of the strategy of governing the country according to law,relying on the rule of law as a whole comprehensive solve the problem of social development and distribution of interests,to meet people’s growing demand of material and cultural life,and also to meet people’s growing demand for spiritual and cultural life,to ensure that the people have more sense of happiness and a sense of security,so as to resolve the current main social contradiction.At present,China has made some achievements in the strategy of governing the country by law,with a stable and orderly society and continuous economic development.However,due to the unbalanced regional economic development in China and the long-term influence of the "combination of etiquette and law" and other factors,China’s regional legal culture construction level is not balanced,which affects the construction process of a country ruled by law.In this paper,on the basis of previous studies,using philosophical views and methods in the cultural construction of the new era of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics to explore the research,the new era of the rule of law culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics were summarized,and the connotation,characteristics,function of the new era of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics based on induction culture theory,this paper expounds the new era of the importance of the rule of law culture construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,combined with the concrete situation in our country,analyzes the new era of the rule of law culture construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the problems in the root cause,and then put forward the path of the construction of the rule of law culture in our country,That is,to uphold the leadership of the Party,maintain economic growth,promote scientific legislation,strictly and impartially enforce the law,and promote full compliance with the law.The study on the construction of a culture of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new era is conducive to the enrichment and development of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the promotion of the national governance system and the modernization of governance capacity,the promotion of the rule of law and the building of a harmonious socialist society.
