Research On The Construction Of Chinese Rule Of Law Culture In The New Age And Its Countermeasures

The construction of the rule of law culture is the spread of culture construction in the field of rule of law and the development of the thought of rule of law in the field of culture.At the 19 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward many guiding requirements for the construction of the rule of law in China in the new era.In the construction of the rule of law culture,he also reflected many new proposals and new views in the 19 th National Congress report.However,in view of the current development of the rule of law culture,there are many problems.The complexity of the forming factors and the diversity of the forms of expression make the construction of the rule of law culture in the new era of China face arduous tasks and huge challenges.The inevitability and sternness of the study on the construction of the rule of law culture speak for itself.Taking the construction of the rule of law culture in the new era as the theme,the article focuses on the "construction of the rule of law culture" and adopts various methods such as literature research methods,case studies,and theoretical links to practical research methods.This paper defines and analyzes the connotation and theoretical basis of Chinese rule of law culture constructio n in the new era,summarizes the achievements made in China’s rule of law culture construction,exposes existing problems and their causes,and finally puts forward how to continue to promote the construction of rule of law culture in the new era.Try to be more targeted and maneuverable.At present,the study on the rule of law culture at the theoretical level needs to be further strengthened,and the construction of the rule of law culture at the practical level is still a long way to go.To sum up the current stage of the construction of a culture of the rule of law,we need to give more attention to the subject of the construction of a culture of the rule of law in theoretical research,and to the cause of the construction of a culture of the rule of law in practice.We will jointly provide support for the prosperity and development of China in the new era.
