Investigation On Physical Health Status Of Staff And Workers In The Provincial Departments Of Shandong Province

In this study,a total of 3081 subjects were recruited from 184 units of the provincial department of Shandong Province.The research was conducted according to sex and the overall 10-year age group.The investigation method which is based on the traditional physical test and evaluation method,and also includes the body composition,vascular function,bone quality and risk assessment of diabetes,can more accurately assess the level of physical health.Test metric include:1 Morphological Index(BMI);2 Quality indicators(grip,flexibility,nerve reaction speed,balance ability)3 body composition4 bone density5 risk of diabetes6 vascular functionThe study shows that: 1,Height is higher than the national average level.2,Lung capacity in bodily functions performed well,significantly higher than the national average level.3,Overall physical fitness is poor in general,but women are slightly better than men.4,the fat of body composition in largest number of people are too much;the proportion of overweight and obese people increases with age;and the visceral rating of female population is significantly better than that of male.5,No significant difference of bone density was found between female and male.Bone strength is gradually decreasing with age.6,The risk of diabetes is significantly higher in the participants than that of the general population,and the risk of men is obviously higher than that of women.7,Women have better vascular elasticity than men.Vascular elasticity is generally decreasing with age.Vascular blocking rating "normal rate" shows that vascular obstruction is higher in young-age group than in the old-age group;The rate of hypertension is significantly higher in male than that in female.The proportion of blood pressure of "normal" showed a clear decreasing trend with age.
