Research On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of The Poor Households’ Spiritual Poverty Under The Background Of Povertyalleviation

2020 is the final year of poverty alleviation.It is our Party’s solemn commitment to the people of the whole country and the bottom-line task of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way to achieve high-quality poverty alleviation in poor areas and poor people as scheduled.However,with the deepening of the process of poverty alleviation,the problem of mental poverty of poor households has gradually become a "roadblock" for the healthy development of rural society and the efficient implementation of poverty alleviation work,affecting the expected effect of poverty alleviation.In order to win the key period of poverty alleviation,we must correctly understand and comprehensively grasp the theoretical and practical problems of the spiritual poverty of the poor households,and help them to get rid of the spiritual poverty and supplement the "calcium" of the spirit.On the basis of Marx and Engels’ s theory of poverty and anti-poverty,Xi Jinping’s important exposition on poverty alleviation and poverty culture,this study,conducts an empirical study of 3villages in Hubei Province,and adopts questionnaires and in-depth case interviews to sum up the concrete manifestation and characteristics of the poverty-stricken households’ Mental Poverty.Starting from the national policy,community environment and family characteristics,this paper constructs the analysis framework of the influencing factors of the mental poverty of the poor households,and further explores the mechanism between the mental poverty of the poor households and the influencing factors,in order to provide reasonable and operable suggestions for the poor households to get rid of the mental poverty.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the spiritual poverty of poor households is affected by the inherent ideological characteristics of the farmers;social system,material production mode,regional culture,natural geographical conditions,family characteristics are the important causes of the spiritual poverty.(2)The spiritual poverty of poor households is mainly manifested as: vague life goals,single thinking mode,insufficient economic awareness,low sense of self-efficacy,backward entertainment and leisure mode,and low interest;the spiritual poverty of poor households is characterized by concealment,long-term,intergenerational,penetrating and complex;(3)national policies are the basic influencing factors and social factors of the spiritual poverty of poor households The regional environment is the important influencing factor of the mental poverty of the poor households,and the family characteristics are the decisive influencing factors of the mental poverty of the poor households.Specifically,the poverty alleviation system "paternalism",the weak propaganda of spiritual poverty alleviation,the long-term existence of poverty culture,the restriction of natural social environment,the narrow channels of economic access and the characteristics of family environment are the important causes of the poverty alleviation;optimizing national policies,improving the community environment and family atmosphere have a significant role in promoting the spiritual poverty alleviation of poor households.Based on the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Poverty Alleviation: First,mechanism guarantee.Second,value leading.Third,environmental infiltration.Improve family atmosphere and community environment.Fourth,the reconstruction of subject.Fifth,education barrier.Improve education and rebuild public life.
